Executive programme for leaders
A tailored programme, in 2 to 3 sessions, to help executives and COMEX members formulate a clear position on generative AI within their organisation.
Each session combines context-setting, analysis of the company's specific situation, and work on decisions to be made: governance, prioritisation, resources, risks.
